Who has this problem
Youth leaders in Laguna churches
The problem
Teens and young adults have real questions about God, doubt, and life, but they will not ask a pastor face to face. They search online, find mixed answers, and the church never hears the question.
What was tried
We tried open forums after service, but few people came and nobody asked anything.
What good looks like
A young person in Laguna can ask anything without giving a name, and a real local believer answers within a day.

Church members want to share faith online but do not know what to post
Who has this problem
Ordinary church members with a phone and a Facebook or TikTok account
The problem
Many members want to post about their faith, but they worry about sounding preachy, so they end up not posting at all.
What was tried
We told people to "just share your testimony." Most posted once and then stopped.
What good looks like
A member with no design skills can post something honest about Jesus every day for a month without running out of ideas.

New believers stop after week one and nobody follows up
Who has this problem
Disciplers and small group leaders
The problem
Someone says yes to Jesus at an outreach and is active the first week, but by week three they have stopped coming. The discipler has 8 people to follow up and a day job.
What was tried
We tried printed devotionals and text reminders, but people stopped using both after a while.
What good looks like
A new believer gets a short, friendly message every day, and the discipler can see who replied and who went quiet.

Churches in the Philippines cannot find each other when planning an outreach
Who has this problem
Churches and ministries anywhere in the Philippines that plan outreaches, including Quest Laguna and Indigitous Philippines
The problem
When a group plans an outreach in a town or city anywhere in the country, they do not know which Christian churches are there, who to contact, or who is open to working together.
What was tried
We ask around on Messenger. It is slow, we miss churches, and the contacts are lost when the organizer moves on.
What good looks like
Any ministry can look up the Christian churches in any town in the Philippines, see who to contact, and know what each church can share or is open to.
